Billing Update

Dear Boundless Clients,
Effective March 1, 2023 our billing policies will be undergoing a long overdue change. It has been several years since we have made any major adjustments to our pricing. Non-ADP funded services will be subject to pricing increases, and services we have not historically charged for will now be billed.
Changes most likely to affect you are fees for services provided outside your device’s warranty period. Both ADP funded and non-ADP funded services have specified warranty periods which will be provided to you when you receive your brace.
Please note, this does not affect the cost of ADP funded devices as those prices are set by the Ministry of Health.
