We continue to accept new and returning patients.

Our safety and scheduling protocols ensure a safe environment for our staff and clients who require orthotic/bracing care.

Staff are available to answer inquiries (by phone and email) during our office hours which are 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.  We are here to address any concerns, answer questions, or schedule an appointment.

What is the Screening Process?

A two-stage screening process is in place for all appointments. Patients will be screened over the phone or email when the appointment is scheduled and again in-person upon entry. You will be asked:

  • If you have a fever, and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing, AND any of the following: 

    • Traveled to any country outside of Canada in the last 14 days (OR)

    • Come in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 recently

What Steps is Boundless Taking to Protect Clients and Staff?

Boundless established our health and safety protocols which includes:

  • Limiting the number of staff in the clinic

  • Limiting the number of appointments at any given time in the clinic

  • Implementing a no-contact repair service

  • Boundless staff will have full protective equipment on for your appointment. All staff have received the first vaccination they were eligible for and are scheduled for their second dose.

  • Each clinic room is sanitized after each appointment, including the waiting area
